11+ Bootcamp - An Intensive 11 Plus Summer Course

This intensive "bootcamp" course consists of 5 consecutive mornings, a total of 15 hours. The course will be repeated with different content so you can book into more than one if you wish to. The cost of each bootcamp is £200 which works out at a very reasonable £13.33 per hour.

This course is intended as a revision course for children who have already had tuition. It is not a substitute for ongoing weekly tutoring.

At the start of the course children taking part will receive a practice paper in Verbal Reasoning Maths and English. These will form the basis for revision over the five days.

Throughout the course there will be emphasis on exam technique and time management. There will be some tasks to complete at home.

Thurs	Short Maths Workout to sharpen mental maths skills Measurement (including time, metric and imperial) Negative numbers and Co-Ordinates.	Non-fiction Comprehension Developing the plot of a story and keeping the style consistent, more punctuation and its uses	Finding the Meaning in Words
Fri	Short Maths Workout to sharpen mental maths skills Handling Data (including graphs, pie charts, averages, range, probability)	Fiction Comprehension Writing a good ending, proof reading	Logical Thinking
